At Apricot, we want your home to feel just right, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture and decor items in their original condition. If your new piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
